What reasons caused the creation of Pakistan?

Liaquat ali khan delivered a speach in America in 1950. In his speech at kansas university, he threw light upon the reasons of creation of Pakistan.

Liaquat ali khan
told the americans that religiously the Muslims believed in one God and the Hindus believed in many gods. So, it was impossible for both the nations to live together.

Liaquat ali khan said that the hindus had a caste system due to which the hindus of. Top level did not sit, eat and touch the hindus of lower level but the Muslims believed in the equality of people.

The Muslims of Sub-continent feard that in case of independence from the british rulers, they would become the slaves of hindus because the hindus were more in numbers.

Liaquat ali khan also told the americans that the Muslims believed in the right of making private owner ship but  hindus did not.

The sub-continent was so large that it could be easily divided into tow independent countries. The Muslims occupied certain large areas which could constitute an independent state.

The hindus dominated the economy of the country. The Muslims were economically and industrially backward they thought if they kept united with hindus their economic position would become even worse
